When you’ve got an event coming up, or a season, sometimes we can get so focussed on the actual launch or occasion that marketing is the last thing on your mind. But…what happens if you leave it to late and no one shows up, or buys anything?

That’s where marketing planning sessions come in.

They’re an opportunity for us to sit down and work backwards from your launch date so that you have images, social media, email marketing, public relations and any other marketing planned well in advance.

We’ll break it down with you so that it isn’t an overwhelming task either.

If you know you have a key time coming up in your business, and you’d like to get organised, here’s how marketing planning sessions work:

Discovery call

A 30-minute discussion (online or on the phone) where I’ll ask you some key questions about your business so that I can gauge the type of marketing planning session your business will require.


Shortly after the discovery call, I’ll email a proposal over to you. Have a read, ask questions, and when you’re ready to go ahead, we can get started.

Planning session

We get this in the diary as soon as you’re ready and get you organised well in time for your event, launch or season. You’ll leave with an actionable plan that you can implement yourself, and you can ask for marketing support if you feel you need it.

Marketing planning sessions are three hours and can be delivered online or in person. They also don’t need to be booked in one chunk – you could choose 3 x 1 hour sessions, or 2 x 1.5 hour sessions if that suits you better.

They can be booked at a pace that suits you, your business.

But it doesn’t end there

After the session, we will have two catch up calls.

These are to help you to deliver the marketing plan and to keep you on track.

Catch up calls are an opportunity for you to ask any questions too.

Marketing planning sessions give you a plan of action that you can work to. It’s broken down into easy to manage steps, so that it doesn’t overwhelm you, and is in a timely manner so it’s all in place before you need it.
