A 30-minute discussion (online or on the phone) where I’ll ask you some key questions about your business so that I can gauge the size of the marketing strategy your business will require.
Shortly after the discovery call, I’ll email a proposal over to you. Have a read, ask questions, and when you’re ready to go ahead, we can get started.
Here’s where I get the nitty gritty from you. We’ll chat through your business goals (we’ll make them specific) so that I can make sure the marketing strategy is going to help you achieve these.
We’ll also talk about what you already know about your customers or clients and a few other pieces of information that are relevant to your business and the marketing strategy
This is where the magic starts to happen. I do some analysis, identify who your core clients are, set some specific marketing goals, and an actionable, time-scaled, initial 3-month plan.
The strategy includes regular checks to see what is being achieved with your marketing, and some KPIs to keep you on track.
Your marketing plan will be emailed over to you, usually within 4 weeks of us having the Strategy call.
After you’ve had a chance to read and digest the strategy, this is the time for you to ask any questions and put actions in place.
This is also an opportunity for you to find out about the additional marketing support or mentoring that I offer businesses.
If you choose to continue your support after the initial strategy, each month, I’ll update your strategy to ensure it’s

Do you work with clients in-person, or is everything online?
I like to work both ways. It’s great if a client is nearby as I can visit their business and get to understand it. But equally working online is just as effective.
Where are you based?
I’m in Northwich, a friendly Cheshire town in the North West of England. But I offer marketing consultancy, strategy & support services nationwide.
How can we guarantee that the strategy will work?
You might have encountered agencies promising amazing results that didn’t materialise. And me? I don’t offer guarantees or claim you’ll see millions in sales within the first month. What I do guarantee is that your marketing strategy will be customised to your business goals, with tactics aligned accordingly. Marketing takes time, so we review progress monthly. If it’s working, we’ll continue as planned. If not, we’ll quickly identify the issues and make necessary adjustments.
Do you monitor marketing results?
Yes, as part of the marketing strategy, we set some goals that we’d like to achieve. Then each month I create a report which monitors these so we can see how things are progressing.
