MARKETING SUPPORT SERVICE – CHERRYAID MARKETING

Strategic marketing support for small businesses that want clarity and consistency.

Say hello to plug in support that gives you structure, direction, and confidence.

And wave goodbye to trying to hold everything together on your own.

Who is actually going to make your marketing happen?

From email campaigns that close sales to social content that draws in ready-to-buy customers, your marketing is more than just theory and strategy.

Here’s the reality: marketing involves regular content creation, scheduling, optimising, monitoring, copywriting and more. Consistent execution of these activities is essential to ensuring you’re visible, engaging and making those much-anticipated sales.

Marketing strategy is nothing without marketing action. . .

HOW THIS WORKS

Think of this as plug-in marketing support.

You get senior, strategic marketing input that works alongside you – giving you direction, accountability, and the right level of hands-on help, without hiring an in-house marketer or signing up to an agency retainer.

This is not mentoring.

And it’s not a one-off strategy document.

It’s ongoing marketing support, shaped around how much you want to do yourself and where you want support applied.

Choose from proactive marketing support packages

that include marketing strategy.

It’s time to take the weight off, wave goodbye to marketing overwhelm and welcome consistent action that delivers the results outlined in your strategy.

Typical ways we work together

(always tailored to your needs).

These are the most common ways clients work with me.

We’ll always tailor support based on your business, priorities and budget.

Typical package 1: Strategy and light support

Structured marketing guidance with accountability

This option is ideal if you:

Have a smaller marketing budget

Are happy implementing most things yourself

Want structure, reassurance, and expert input

Don’t want to hand everything over

You want support.

You still want ownership.

This feels like: guided, supported, structured and steady.

Strategic marketing support

  • A monthly strategy session focused on priorities, not everything
  • A co-created monthly marketing plan so you know what to work on next
  • Review and feedback on your plans or content before you hit publish
  • Implementation support, not execution

We start with a strategy session to understand your priorities, what’s already in place, and what’s been getting in the way. From there, we agree a clear monthly focus and set up the support in a way that fits how you work.

Each month, this usually includes:

  • One reusable template created or updated
  • (for example a LinkedIn post format, email outline, or Canva template)
  • Occasional drafting of small pieces of content if useful
  • Light scheduling of 1–2 priority posts
  • One key working document updated
  • (marketing plan, content guide, messaging notes, etc.)
  • One clear accountability check-in
  • One short weekly check-in message
  • Responses to 1–2 questions per week
  • Light reminders so things don’t quietly slide
  • You writing most of your content, with me sense-checking and tightening it
  • Me helping you decide what not to do this month
  • You having a clear plan instead of a long, stressful to-do list
  • Regular nudges so marketing doesn’t drift to the bottom of the pile
  • Confident business owners who want structure
  • Business owners who want accountability without handing everything over
  • Small businesses that want consistent marketing input without a premium retainer

£1,200 per month

Typical package 2: Strategy & full support

Outsourced marketing support with deeper involvement

This option is for clients who:

Don’t want to do the marketing themselves

Want a marketing partner properly involved in the business

Prefer selective implementation to be handled with them or for them

You want marketing support that removes pressure, not adds to it.

This feels like: a trusted partner working alongside you.

Everything in Strategy & Light Support

Plus additional implementation and delivery

Each month this typically includes:

  • 6-12 social posts written for one platform

(LinkedIn or Instagram, depending on your channel)

  • 1 email newsletter written and formatted
  • 1 piece of long-form content

(a blog OR a detailed LinkedIn post)

  • Caption writing
  • Light keyword theme planning
  • A simple monthly content plan or flow

I can also support with:

  • Canva templates for social posts
  • Email newsletter headers & templates
  • Light visual assets
  • Simple content layouts

I can:

  • Upload and schedule posts in one channel
  • Create and send your newsletter
  • Light format blog uploads
  • Check links, hashtags and calls to action

Included:

  • Monthly performance review
  • What worked
  • What didn’t
  • A small number of practical adjustments

Plus:

  • Weekly check-in message
  • Answers to content questions
  • Review of drafts if you write something yourself
  • Ongoing alignment with your marketing strategy

This level of support is about consistency and confidence, not volume.

  • Me drafting content you can approve, tweak or hand straight over
  • Marketing getting published without you chasing it
  • Fewer last-minute scrambles
  • Clear visibility of what’s going out and why
  • Business owners who want marketing handled with them or for them
  • Small teams without in-house marketing resource
  • Businesses ready to invest in premium, ongoing marketing support

£1,900 per month

“Gill helps me with my scheduling and posting so it helps me manage my time much better. But she doesn’t just post.

She takes the time to fully understand me and my offer and my values and my aspirations. She schedules, organises and keeps me on track (let’s not call it nagging even though that is what I need!)

She meets with me and builds a marketing strategy that supports the aims and goals I set for the business and is long-term, consistent and targeted.

What this means is that I am seen by potential clients, current clients, and supporters.

Now I have a reliable and consistent presence and I am sharing things that build connections and relationships, I am finding that my perfect clients are hunting me out.”

QUESTIONS ABOUT MARKETING SUPPORT

FAQs

If you don’t see your question here, or simply would like some more information before booking, enquire here — and I’ll come back to you in a tick.

Yes. I am happy to work with other strategies if they have been created by a marketing professional. It’s always a good idea for me to review this before we get started.

Yes, of course. Depending on what you require, I can create a proposal which covers a number of marketing support services. Please enquire here.

I can create some shots, but they are not at the level of professional photography. I would usually suggest that images and videos are created at your office or factory. Or, even better, you work with a professional photographer. I have some photographers who I can recommend depending on your needs and budget.

To an extent, yes. However, marketing works best as a partnership. The more I understand your business, the more effectively I can work. That’s why I meet with clients at least once a month, or every two weeks, to get updates and deepen my understanding of their business. But don’t worry! Once you’ve provided your input, you can leave the rest to me.
