MARKETING SUPPORT FOR BUSY BUSINESS OWNERS
Get your marketing off your plate and working for your business
I’ll plan it, prioritise it and get it done, so it’s off your mind and bringing in enquiries and sales
What this looks like for my clients:
When your marketing stops being something you “should be doing” and actually gets done, this is what starts to happen:
More of the right enquiries coming in consistently
Emails being sent regularly — and actually leading to conversations
Social content that’s planned, not posted on a whim
A website that is part of your marketing toolkit instead of just sitting there
Marketing that starts contributing to revenue, not just taking up time
Knowing what’s working — and what to do next
Even small changes can make a big difference — a couple of extra enquiries a month, one or two turning into sales… it adds up quickly.
Let me guess — you’re a business owner. A founder. The one everything runs through.
You’re the one making the decisions, delivering the work, keeping things going day-to-day.
You’ve built something you’re really proud of, and you care about doing it properly.
You’re not afraid of your marketing either. You’ve been getting stuck in, figuring it out, keeping things going.
This is what’s happening with your marketing
Your marketing’s always there in the background. It is getting done, but at a cost. It’s squeezed in between everything else, done late at night, or creeping into your weekends. And because of that, you know it’s not as good as it could be.
While you’re doing it, you’re not doing the work that really brings in money. Because marketing needs proper time and focus — and right now, that’s all coming from you.
You don’t just need someone to do your marketing
You need someone who knows what to do…and then actually does it.
While this sounds simple, this is usually where I see people saying ‘it’s not working.’ Yes the actual tasks — creating content, scheduling, optimising, monitoring, and staying consistent are all happening, but if there’s nothing joining it all together, it’s easy to start wondering what the point is.
Without direction, marketing is just a list of jobs that get ticked off, but they don’t help you reach your goals.
What you need is both strategy and support.
Someone to work out what’s worth doing, plan it properly, and then action it, so it gets done and starts bringing in customers and clients.

Choose from proactive marketing support packages
It’s time to take the weight off, wave goodbye to marketing overwhelm and welcome consistent action that delivers.
01. Get one thing done
You’ve got a good idea of what needs doing. It’s just not getting the time or attention it needs.
This is most often used for focussing on social media, but it can also be email or your website, or another key marketing area — depending on what’s going to make the biggest difference.
Included
- A 2-hour strategy session every month to decide what’s worth focusing on
- Planning and prioritising that one key area
- Hands-on support that will get it done
- Ongoing tweaks and improvements based on what’s working
- Regular check-ins so you know what’s happening and what’s next
This service is typically for:
- Business owners and founders who’ve outgrown doing everything themselves
- You know what needs doing — it’s just not getting done consistently
- You want one area properly handled, without it taking over your time
Your investment:
From £795 per month
02. Sort the main things
You’ve got a few areas of your marketing that all need attention — and right now, they’re being done in isolation or not getting the time they need.
This is where we bring the main parts of your marketing together. Usually a mix of your social media, emails and website — planned properly, joined up, and actually getting done.
Included
- A 2-hour strategy session each month to decide what matters most
- Planning and prioritising across 2-3 key areas of your marketing
- Hands-on support to get everything implemented (not just advised)
- Making sure your social, emails and website are working together
- Ongoing tweaks and improvements based on what’s working
- Regular check-ins so you know what’s happening and what’s next
This service is typically for:
- Business owners and founders who are juggling multiple areas of marketing
- You’re keeping things going, but it’s inconsistent and not joined up
- You want your marketing to start working together — not feel like separate tasks
- You’re ready for it to be handled properly, without managing it all yourself
Your investment:
From £1150 per month
03. Sort the lot
This is for when you’re ready to stop thinking about your marketing altogether.
You don’t want to be juggling it, squeezing it in, or trying to keep on top of it. You just want to know it’s being handled — properly.
I take responsibility for your marketing as a whole. Planning what needs to happen, making sure it gets done, and keeping everything moving so it actually brings in business.
Included
- A 2-hour strategy session each month to set direction and priorities
- Planning and managing your marketing across the board
- Hands-on implementation across your key channels (social, email, website)
- Making sure everything is joined up and working together
- Ongoing tweaks and improvements based on what’s working
- Regular check-ins so you know what’s happening and what’s next
This service is typically for:
- Business owners and founders who don’t want to manage their marketing day-to-day
- You’ve outgrown doing it yourself and don’t have the time or headspace for it anymore
- You want someone to take full ownership and keep everything going
- You just want to know it’s being handled — without you having to think about it.

From £1850 per month
What it’s like to work with me
This is the bit where other people say it better than I can:
Gill works tirelessly on any brief we give her and the outcomes are always relevant and up to date with a large amount of useful insights to help our business. Definitely 5 star service.
Helen Stoddart
On a Roll Sandwich Company
I thought she might be the solution to my problem with my not having enough time! What I got though was so much more. Gill helps me with my scheduling and posting so it helps me manage my time much better. But she doesn’t just post. She takes the time to fully understand me and my offer and my values and my aspirations. She schedules, organises and keeps me on track.

Any time spent with Gill is not wasted. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with small business owners such as myself.

I'm Worried About Mum
Gill has helped me create actionable goals for my marketing, and she supports me in seeing them through. Her straightforward approach means that I always get honest opinions. She’s taken the time to get me and get how I work and uses that to help motivate me in my marketing.

Is marketing support for you?
This is for your if
- You’ve got a good idea of what needs doing — it’s just not getting done consistently
- You’re doing your own marketing, but it’s taking up more time and headspace than it should
- You know it could be better, but don’t have the time to step back and fix it properly
- You’re juggling social, email and your website — but none of it feels joined up
- You want someone to take it on, plan what matters, and make sure it actually happens
If you’re nodding your head to any of these, let’s have a chat so you can see how I can help you.
Wait! We’ve already got someone in house doing our marketing, but we could really use a plan
Don’t panic! Let’s sort that out. Marketing strategy is what guides every action you take — keeping any marketing activity focused, effective and in sync with your goals.
Meet Gill Bishop — that’s me!
A professional marketing de-muddler
I create marketing strategies and then make them happen — so your marketing isn’t just planned, it gets done and brings in business.
I’m also mum to a teenager, dog mum to two (very opinionated but fluffy) dogs, and usually found with a brew in hand keeping all the plates spinning.
I started out studying art, but I ended up in a PR agency at 19 instead. Slight change of direction… but clearly the right one!
These days, I bring that mix of creativity and practicality into the work I do — helping business owners make sense of their marketing and get it done, without it taking over their time or headspace.

How marketing support works
01. We start with a strategy session
We look at where your marketing is now, what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs the most attention first.
02. We agree what I’m taking on
That might be one thing, the main things, or the whole lot. We’ll decide what’s going to make the biggest difference and what needs to happen each month.
03. I plan it and get it done
I’ll create, organise, schedule, update, review or improve what we’ve agreed – whether that’s social, email, your website or a mix of everything.
04. We keep checking in
Marketing isn’t a “set it and hope for the best” job. We’ll keep an eye on what’s working, what needs tweaking, and what’s coming next.
QUESTIONS ABOUT MARKETING SUPPORT
FAQs
If you don’t see your question here, or simply would like some more information before booking, enquire here — and I’ll come back to you.
I have an existing marketing strategy. Can you support it?
Yes. I am happy to work with other strategies if they have been created by a marketing professional. It’s always a good idea for me to review this before we get started.
Can we combine different types of marketing support?
Yes — that’s exactly how most clients work with me.
We’ll decide what’s worth focusing on and build that into your package, whether that’s social, email, your website or a mix of everything.
Do you create images and content?
I can create some content, but I’m not a professional photographer.
Most clients either create content themselves (I’ll guide you on what’s needed), or work with a photographer. I can recommend people depending on what you need and your budget.
Can I just hand everything over and leave you to it?
To an extent, yes. However, marketing works best as a partnership. The more I understand your business, the more effectively I can work. That’s why I meet with clients at least once a month, or every two weeks, to get updates and deepen my understanding of their business. But don’t worry! Once you’ve provided your input, you can leave the rest to me.
